Just read a good deal of the 2011 Employee Engagement Report by Blessing White. There are some astounding findings in the study and I felt duty-bound to share the wisdom. Whether you’re a manager, exec or a working individual, there’s plenty in here that’ll get you thinking about how to improve engagement with your team.
