I LOVE IT!!!!
This course is really interesting and pointed out to me what should I
put
in practice in order to lead my employees to higher performance. I need
to practice until it becomes a second nature. I already filled
in my Outlook calendar to "block" space for listening to my employees
and
for a confrontation meeting in order to solve long-term issues.
I am just excited to wait and see the results on my staff performance!
