I enjoyed the learning experience in the Supervisory
Skills Certificate and once complete, I saw that several of the courses
segued into additional certificates. Good news for me, my employer has
supported my requested to continue on! As Manager of our Customer
Service Department for 6 years now, I have been able to attribute
several recent improvements to eCornell classes. I would recommend
eCornell to any professional as a great way to continue learning new
skills and to refresh past education. eCornell is excellent,
affordable, and, I think, has a highly effective approach using
interactive message boards and the ability to work as time permits.
