I am very excited to share some feedback from our students on our new Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate from the T. Colin Campbell Foundation.
"I feel truly privileged to be a part of this course at a time when we can use the knowledge to make a real difference in the world. Dr. Campbell's message is critical to our health, and the evidence presented in the course cannot be ignored. The information is easy to understand and communicate, my fellow students are brimming with enthusiasm, and our instructor is incredibly supportive. I can't wait for the next module."
"WOW….very insightful, after taking the course on "Plant Based Nutrition", I am very mindful of what I eat, and when I am in the supermarket, I would read the packaging to see what the content is. If nothing else, it opens up a whole new world, for the things we eat".
"I loved the vast variety of information provided in this class obtained from the lectures themselves, the discussion boards and from you, the instructor!"
"Every day I couldn't wait to sign on to my computer to do the lectures, quizzes and join in the discussion boards! The class kept my interest because it was challenging and made me think."
"Even though I am already in the nutrition field I learned new information about the politics of food and how it affects the health of all Americans."
"I will spread this information to peers, medical team members and patients at my place of employment as well as passing it on to friends and family."

What a idea, teaching a plant based nutrition course. Sounds really interesting… I love the idea of vegetarian living! I think this is making great strides in the correct path! Keep up the good work!
Very interesting and a good idea. People need to pay more attention to what they eat. Here is an article that covers what the average American eats. It shows we all need to look into more plant based nutrition. Here is the article:http://allnaturalhealthylife.com/general-health/what-does-the-average-american-eat/
Great to hear about this kind of course. ‘You are what you eat’ has become such a cliche that most people don’t think about what it really means.
As a nutritionist, I was glad to see a course like this being offered.

Thanks, I’ve just been checking out courses. I too have become much more conscious about what I eat and drink following major surgery a few years ago and the “roller coaster” that follows. Why don’t doctors play a bigger role in educating people on this subject? …no wait!! I already know the answer to that!
hi Mary Allen. I see where you are coming from with sharing these super-positive feedbacks. and you are right. but you know what? what i really hope seeing is young students who take the Nutritional ideas from this course and finding creative ways to pass it to the masses, who are out there eating mc’what-ever and genetically engineered food…. Eat vegetables, be healthy
peace

Thank you for the great post. I write about this topic on occasion on my own blog. There is a great movie that I would recommend to everyone interested in this subject…Food Matters. Very enlightening and informative.
